1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns under the following conditions:

Items must be reported within 7 days of delivery

Plants must be in original condition (unplanted, not repotted, and not damaged by customer)

Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required
⚠️ Due to the perishable nature of live plants, we do NOT accept returns for:

Normal plant stress from shipping (e.g., slight wilting, minor leaf drop)
-
Damage caused by improper care after delivery

Seasonal dormancy conditions
2. Live Arrival Guarantee
- We guarantee that all plants arrive alive and in healthy condition.
If your plant arrives damaged or dead:

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

Provide clear photos of the plant and packaging
We will offer:

Replacement (if available), or

Full/partial refund
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable:

Clearance or final sale items

Custom orders or bulk wholesale orders

Gift cards

Opened soil, fertilizers, or gardening supplies
