1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Items must be reported within 7 days of delivery

  • Plants must be in original condition (unplanted, not repotted, and not damaged by customer)

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

⚠️ Due to the perishable nature of live plants, we do NOT accept returns for:

  • Normal plant stress from shipping (e.g., slight wilting, minor leaf drop)

  • Damage caused by improper care after delivery

  • Seasonal dormancy conditions

2. Live Arrival Guarantee

  • We guarantee that all plants arrive alive and in healthy condition.

If your plant arrives damaged or dead:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Provide clear photos of the plant and packaging

We will offer:

  • Replacement (if available), or

  • Full/partial refund

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Clearance or final sale items

  • Custom orders or bulk wholesale orders

  • Gift cards

  • Opened soil, fertilizers, or gardening supplies

4. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Email us at: [your email]

  2. Include:

    • Order number

    • Description of issue

    • Photos (if applicable)

If approved:

  • We will provide return instructions

  • Customer is responsible for return shipping unless item is defective or incorrect

5. Refunds

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • Processing time: 3–7 business days after inspection

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless due to seller error

6. Exchanges

We only replace items if:

  • They are defective

  • Incorrect item was shipped

7. Shipping Damage

If your package arrives visibly damaged:

  • Take photos before opening

  • Contact us immediately
